I am an experienced professional with a proven track record of achieving all tasks that I put my mind to. I have a passion for seeing people excel, and real estate is one avenue where I can contribute positively toward that end. Currently, I work as a mining engineer within an industry adjacent to real estate, supplying the raw materials necessary to produce cement locally. That exposure has given me a working knowledge of Jamaica's real estate landscape and the rapid expansion currently taking place across the island.

I started my official foray into real estate in 2022 with the purchase of my first property — a cozy apartment in a smaller complex in Kingston. From there, I became deeply involved in the auxiliary side of real estate, serving as secretary for my strata body for three years, reelected unanimously at every annual general meeting. Through that role, I gained hands-on experience in rentals, property management, and working with government bodies on strata compliance. It was a life-changing period that fully awakened my love for real estate and helped me understand just how important home ownership is — and how much more of Jamaica deserves to feel that same sense of security that comes from owning your own home.
